El Segundo Modern Dentistry

I recently visited the dentist at this location and had a very positive experience. They had available appointments and even send reminders, which is a big plus for someone like me who tends to overbook. The equipment was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, providing detailed explanations throughout my visit. The only downside was the paperwork—every time I go, I have to fill out quite a few forms and sign in, which seems to be a bit excessive. I'm not sure if this is just a standard procedure for new patients or if it’s the norm, but it does take away from the convenience of the visit. Overall, everything else was fantastic: friendly staff, a pain-free experience, detailed explanations, and a clean atmosphere. So far, it's been great!

In the reception area there was hair and paper all over the floor and chair next to me.Also the seat cushions are pretty dirty.

I arrived about 15 minutes early, and was taken in within 5 minutes. Everything was done quickly and I left with my teeth feeling clean.
