I went to El Cajon Family Dental for a dental exam after not having visited the dentist in a few years. My last dental experience was traumatic and expensive. It was so nice to be able to talk with the office manager here about the price breakdown of everything before treatment was started. We agreed on a treatment plan and I'm looking forward to getting back on track with my cleanings and oral health.

The staff here was super friendly and made me comfortable during the whole time. They helped ease my nerves just by the way that they approached my needs. They personalized everything towards me and what I needed which made me feel more comfortable and allows me to know the best approach for me.

First time at the dentist after a couple years. I was nervous going into it simply because it was a new place and I didn’t know what to expect overall when it came to my teeth! The entire staff was so kind from the second I walked in. They chatted with me and got to know me on a personal level, and they made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my teeth, the procedures we would be doing, and why! I already look forward to my next appointment!

What a bad experience!!!! They wanted to sell treatment I did not need it and I left without a basic care! Equipment is outdated and the girl who did my X ray for sure did not know what she was doing, she had to ask for help a hundred times. The dentist cared only about selling expensive stuff and did not do the basic!!! Pauline Schweiger
