I went in for a cleaning and 2nd yearly check up.. only the consultation was done they couldn’t do the procedure because there was not enough time which made me confused.

I was a bit concerned that I was not going to make my appointment, but understood that the staff was running behind from other patients. When it was time to go through the evaluation, the staff was courteous and attentive to my needs for the visit as well as thorough in explaining the final costs for the day's evaluation and the expected follow up procedures. I will be going back to complete the care plan provided.

Friendly staff but will never ever return. I was not informed that my appointment was only to “meet” the dentist to have a consultation. Been going to dentist all over the US and never had an appointment just to pay for an exam and then to be informed that I’d have to return in a week for the cleaning (collect another payment). Waste of almost 90 minutes. Definitely will not refer or recommend this practice.
