After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA, Dr. Redford earned his DMD from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Redford was extremely friendly, and everyone on the staff was great. Had to wait for a while between x-rays and seeing the dentist, and again between the dentist and the hygienist. Not sure if this is normal for a Thu afternoon, but ended up being there for 1 hr 45 min for a semiannual cleaning.

Making an appointment was simple. I was contacted a couple of times prior to my appointment to offer an earlier appointment time. There were at least 2 reminders for the appointment. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. The dental assistant was thorough friendly and explained anything i had questiones about. I was happy to learn they take care-credit.

Staff was so nice and friendly. I was just dreading going since it had been a while but my hygienist took so much care to explain each step and I loved that they had someone walk me through my treatment plan. It was very low pressure and she helped me figure out something that works for me.
