Dentist of West Covina

They are good with great equipment. Had to wait like 20 minutes after my set appointment to start my procedures. I don’t know if it was because I was new there that the procedures took a long time. Also, waiting for each person to come and explain things took some time. I just wanted my routine cleaning but was hit with some other cost. After declining and deciding not to go through with what they wanted, it got really awkward and I just said okay and bye. I pointed to the door basically. I think better communication between patient and staff is needed. I understand some things are recommended, but if I went somewhere else and it wasn’t necessary, then why press upon it here?

This was my first visit, and I was impressed with how comprehensive the exam and cleaning were. The office was busy, which is a good sign, but everything still ran smoothly. The hygienist was thorough and friendly, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly. Great first experience—I'll definitely be back!

I arrived about 15 minutes early, and was taken in within 5 minutes. Everything was done quickly and I left with my teeth feeling clean.
