Overall it was a good experience. The only downside is I wasn't expecting the exam/x-rays and the cleaning to be split up into two separate appointments. Every dentist I've seen has been able to do all of the things in one visit, which is much more convenient because then I don't need to take time off of work twice which hurts my take-home pay. Other than that it was good.

Jody and Stacy took excellent care of me! I hate going to the dentist, but they made sure I was comfortable and pain free.

So everything was great up until the end. When I first came in they had told me that they had scheduled my cleaning with a hygienist after. At first I didn’t like this because it wasn’t respecting my time. I had only carved out enough time for the consultation. But I thought what the heck I need a cleaning let’s get it done. The receptionist kept coming to me checking with my insurance to see if I could get it covered or even partially since it ended up being a deep cleaning not just a regular cleaning. Anyways, last minute,literally, they had just put numbing cream on my gums. She comes and says so your insurance doesn’t cover it. The cost is $1300, what card would you like to put it on? I’m thinking you couldn’t off told me sooner. I told her I didn’t have it and that I needed to speak with my husband to make that big of purchase right now. She proceeded to try and sale it to me telling me how important my teeth are. Like I don’t know this lady..I’m searching for a good dentist. The worst part was at the end. I went back up to the front desk to reschedule the appointment and get an itemized receipt for my records. And she started ignoring me! It was like I wasn’t there anymore! She kept asking the other receptionist to help me out even though the other receptionist was clearly currently handling some other things. She was so short with me and unfriendly once she knew I wasn’t going to pay! Like wow! I thought it was highly unprofessional. I won’t be going back

It was my first time visiting the dentist after a few years and they were great! Very helpful staff, they created a treatment plan and have been thorough at each appointment.

Great experience with Dentistry at its Finest! The staff were all very friendly and provided wonderful customer service. Make sure you have a couple of hours available to be able to do both initial evaluation and cleaning in the same day.

I believe they're a bit more expensive than you'd expect. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Was not really given detailed descriptions, and after getting a "deep cleaning" my teeth look no better off than the other side ill be getting done soon. I feel they may have upped the cleaning more than was necessary. Overall a nice place and people, need to be more informative and help guide the "why" vs saying no issues really then surprise them.

They were professional and used modern technology providing a tailored approach for my specific concerns.

All staff are very friendly, patient & knowledgeable. I love that most everything is on site and I won’t have to go to multiple offices.

The doctor is fine. But left some treatment to be done. The assistant was rude and tried to educate the patient.

Enjoyed the dentist's office very well. All the staffed in the dentist was amazing. I would recommend it to everybody made you feel comfortable told you what they were gonna do. Step-by-step introduced me to the whole staff offered me water. Overall great visit

Everyone was nice!

Put on my intake form that I have dental trauma and have not seen a dentist in years. My appointment was rescheduled three different times and got little to no replies when I reached out beforehand. Called me day of to say they didn't have a dental hygiene at to do a cleaning, but I proceeded. The staff that checked me in kept whispering to each other and were eating a full dinner. Both staff that examined my teeth kept saying how bad they are which really hurt and made me feel uncomfortable with returning. When I went to check out and ask for a receipt they quickly asked me for a deposit for my next appointment. When I asked for any sort of receipt or invoice they said they would email it to me then never did.

This clinic overcharged both me and my insurance. I only went in for a basic cleaning, and I had already met my deductible, so there should not have been an additional copay. Yet nearly $560 was billed for a simple visit, including a first-time visit fee. Despite clearly stating that I only wanted a cleaning, they performed full imaging and scanning, and the doctor pushed an Invisalign consultation that I did not request. I was charged for it anyway. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and felt unnecessary and misleading.
