I had been going to one dentist for a few years and decided to try a new dentist last July. Experience was ok, but I wasn’t satisfied. Open care brought me to Smile Science and I’ve had the best experience there. My hygienist was amazing, friendly and very kind.

Everyone at the office was very nice. My appointment was on time and everything was clean and modern. They have personal tvs to watch during the appointment that provide a great distraction. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Came in for a check in after not seeing the dentist in more than 2 years, I was put at ease right away. The staff was great, they walked me through what issues they saw and recommended treatment and did not try to sell me unneeded services. Highly recommend!

The hygienist was great! She explained everything she was doing, why she was doing it, and how I can take better care of my mouth for next time. I haven’t had such a great clean in a while!!

My experience at Smile Science Chicago was so great right when I set foot in the door! They were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It is also a very nice office, they even have a TV on the ceiling for when they are doing work on your teeth.

Super friendly staff. Everyone was so great and I got to the watch The Office the whole time! Got some coffee, learned some new tricks with flossing, and was educated on what my teeth need specifically. The hygienist was amazing and very friendly. They also play great music and the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful. They’re my new go to dentist.

The office is conveniently located for me and the doctor, nurses and receptionists were all very nice. They showed me the xrays of my teeth and told me places I should pay attention to when cleaning. Overall great experience!

Dr Monica was a very nice and goofy dentist! Her professionalism with bits of goofiness made me very comfortable. I felt at ease and comfortable asking ignorant questions to better my oral health / feed my curiosity. Definitely will go back and refer others!

Laid back atmosphere. Fantastic front desk. I spent the most time with Laurie the hygienist. She took her time and explained everything beforehand. Dr. Urda is cool and so approachable! I'm actually looking forward to my next trip to the dentist!
