I really appreciated both the way the lobby area (as silly as that sounds) and Dr.Pavel himself worked to make me feel calm through my visit. He's great at really explaining what it is he does and why in ways that are easy for me (someone who is NOT a dentist) to understand- which makes me feel more confident in what exactly is happening while he works, and empowered to make decisions towards my dental care with confidence. It was nice to know what was going on and what I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy. While my old family dentist more or less just kind of did whatever to my teeth, I feel like Dr.Pavel involved me more in the process- which did a lot to kind of quell any anxiety I was feeling and make me feel like I had a little more agency. Really great practice- I DEFINITELY think I've found a good regular dentist.
