Diane at the front desk was incredibly friendly and efficient. She greeted me with a bright smile and handled all the paperwork and scheduling effortlessly. Her warm demeanor immediately put me at ease, making the check-in process a breeze. Eve, the dental hygienist, was exceptional in her work. She was gentle yet thorough during the cleaning, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain the importance of oral hygiene and provided valuable tips for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. I left feeling confident that my dental health was in good hands. And last but not least, Dr. Cris was simply outstanding! He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. A pleasant experience for teeth cleaning at Joyful Dental Care. The receptionist is kind and patient. Dr. Julienne Hong is very friendly, efficient, and professional for teeth cleaning, and also she provides me with further suggestions about the following treatment. I will recommend my family and friends visit here as well.

The overall visit was a good experience. Returning to do other procedures. The dental assistants had great bedside assistance very friendly and as nervous as I was getting an extraction calmed and assured all would go well.I would likely give my recommendation.

I worked with Dr Christian Caicedo but also met with Dr Joy while she was working the front desk herself! Excellent service overall. Easy to book. Paid attention to and addressed all my questions and concerns. Dr Caidedo helped me come up with a treatment plan tailored to my needs. Great interpersonal skills all around.

I can't recommend this office and Dentist Dr Joy Poskozim enough! She was just fantastic! Calming, caring, compassionate, and funny. The entire staff is just as wonderful! I'm a skittish dentist person, and they really helped me get through getting my tooth pulled. An unexpected tooth fracture left me very scared, and they really helped me be at ease. The office is brand new with state of the art equipment and instruments. I had a long list of dentists to choose from, and my gut kept telling me to pick her. At first her name was what got me. Joy! And that's exactly how my experience was. Joyful!

Place can be hard to find if you take inside local streets, take the Main Street and there is parking available.

Dr. Joy has a most engaging "chairside" manner. She explains everything she is doing, is accommodating of all your questions, and provides a delightful history of the evolution of human teeth. It was my first visit but I felt like I had just spent an hour with a good friend.

Went there for cleaning. Dr Wanda was great. Kept me well updated during the inspection.

I've always had TERRIBLE dental anxiety. But Dr. Joy had me laughing by the end of my appointment. She's really dedicated, and doesn't try to sell you anything unnecessary. Lucy (Dr. Joy's assistant) and Diana (receptionist) are really sweet too and will do everything they can to help you. I was uninsured, and I joined their Kleer program to help save some money and it's been a great option for people who don't have insurance or want supplemental insurance.

Exceptional care team from top to bottom. Facility is top notch, dentists and assistance are warm and welcoming. Judgement free zone. Answered all of my questions and explained my treatment plan thoroughly. I have a long journey to getting back my smile but I can’t think of a better place to get my treatments.

Forms to fill can be digitized to save some time, otherwise the practice was pretty good.

Dr. Joy is so kind, very thorough, and understands the financial aspect. She takes the time to spell out what insurance covers so there are no surprises, and even offers to split up appointments to help with payment which was huge for me! Everyone in the office was very friendly and provided amazing service. Overall, very glad I found this office and Dr. Joy!
