I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and brought to the dental chair. The dentist was kind and very informative when it came to describing what she was doing. It had been a while since my last dental visit, but the staff eased any anxieties I had.

Very thorough dentist appointment. The facility is very clean. I was very impressed. Everyone was friendly and did a good job.

This office is so friendly and helpful. They made you feel right at home and felt like you been going there for years. Each person I came in contact was very knowledgeable and educational. It’s rare to find a doctor or dentist that are willing to help educate you on what they are doing to you. I learned a lot thank you :)

Everyone in the office is extremely nice and they do a very thorough exam. I am happy to have them as my new dentist and would definitely recommend them to anyone else that is looking for one. The only negative thing was that I couldn’t get my filling done during my appointment time because they were so booked, so I have to return again. But they were nice enough to fit me in a day that worked with my schedule.

Dr. Shah was caring and honest in her evaluation. Despite not going to the dentist for over a decade, they made the experience as painless as possible.

I thought the overall experience was good, very friendly staff. I had some issues with my insurance and they were more than willing to help resolve those issues. They have street parking available which was also a plus.

After years of horrible dental experiences, Dr.Shah actually makes me excited to come in for a visit. She puts things into real turns and answers every question you put her way. I guarantee there is no one better at understanding their clients concerns and needs. She's simply AMAZING and will forever be someone I will trust with my teeth.

I have been to Lincoln Park Smiles 3 times and had great experiences. They text remind you several times about your appointment and you don't have to wait long when you get there. Hygenist Jackie was phenomenal, did a thorough cleaning and listened to my concerns (I wanted to take one more crack at getting my gums healthier on my own before commiting to the dreaded deep cleaning). I do not feel pressured here the way I have at other dentists and I don't dread going because they get things done quickly and skillfully. I've met 3 dentists there, too, and all of them seem very nice and to the point.

Came in for a full work up as a new patient and will be back from now on. Not only do they take my insurance, but they're incredibly reasonable otherwise. All staff was immediately welcoming and seemed to genuinely appreciate that I was there. Work done was incredibly thorough and well explained, and they didn't push other services on me like I've had done in the past. My teeth feel fantastic and I actually look forward to my next checkup with them.
