The doctor was very informative and talked me through the process to ease my anxiety.

Dr. Kristina ( and her staff included) is great. They took time to look into my history as well as give me an overall assessment and evaluation. She was easy to talk to. She gave me options and I will be back to see her again.

Very thorough and didn’t rush our appt. She is a visual person so she took photos of my teeth to explain everything and helped me understand the health of my teeth and gums. She is the best dentist I’ve seen in the last 10 years!

Very comforting environment and validated parking. Comfortable experience and liked my hygenist, too.

It was easy to find providers but it seems like it's only usable in big cities. I could find a match in Chicago but not in Pittsburgh.

The office had lots of signs directing you from the parking lot, it was very easy to find. Everyone was friendly and professional. The cleaning was fairly gentle, compared to others I've had. The doctor did a great job explaining what the issues were and how I could see them on the x-ray.

She was honest and helpful. The dental hygienist was really sweet and asked me to raise my hand if she hurt my teeth by accident.

Her staff was very helpful and friendly, and when I met with Dr. Djukic she didn't seem in a rush at all, she took time explaining to me my dental plan and answering in detail any questions I had. Her office was clean and stylish. I am glad I chose South and West Loop Dental.

Making an appoint was super quick and easy. The team at South and West Loop are very responsive through the Opencare app. The dental hygienist, Jasmine and Dr. Djukic are highly experienced, professional, and very thorough. The massaging chairs are an added bonus - just try not to fall asleep.

She was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time and walked me through the issues I had going on, while giving me clear solutions. I plan on keeping her on as my regular dentist.
