I have gone to the dentist religiously every 6 months for my entire life. This is my first time going to this practice and now all of a sudden I MUST have my wisdom teeth removed, which I’ve never had issues with, and I need a specialized cleaning treatment that my insurance does not cover. I did not have my teeth cleaned and I needed to make a separate appt for that, even though my schedule as a night shift nurse is difficult enough. It appears as though the practice is scheming to get more money out of me than necessary. I will be cancelling my follow up appointments with this practice. I also left crying. The end.

This office was extremely nice and welcoming, and even made sure my insurance information was in order before going ahead with the appointment. The cleaning was extremely comprehensive and the hygienist and doctor both walked me through x-rays, methods to improve dental health, etc. I will be returning to this dentist.
