Dr. Naem received his bachelor's degree & his doctorate from Wayne State University and the University of Detroit/Mercy Dental School. He has since taken many continuing education courses, including those in implants, difficult denture cases and complex restorative cases. Dr. Naem is a member of the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society, the American Equilibration Society and the Academy of General Dentistry, he is also a fellow of the Illinois Dental Society. Beautiful new office, it looks like a spa and everyone was so nice. Dr. Izzy is very considerate and a skilled dentist. Makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I've never had a better dental experience. They were upfront with expenses before performing the procedure and didn't make me schedule another appointment; after assessing the situation, they corrected the issues that day. Dr. Izzy is really personable and enjoyable; his work was efficient and painless. I was so surprised and am still kind of amazed by the experience. If you dislike going to the dentist, give this place a try - they will probably change your mind like they did mine.

I was looking for a new dentist in the neighborhood and found Floss & Co I was happy I did. Dr. Izzy explained everything I needed and didn't pressure me in any way. The office has all the updated equipment to get you in and out in a timely manner - and no pain!

It had been about 7 years since I had been to the dentist, so I was quite freaked out when going in. Dr. Izzy came out and immediately introduced himself, even apologized for the wait and began talking to me, even realized how nervous I was and assured me everything would be okay. I never had a really positive experience going to the dentist until then; every single time I went before my previous dentist would get really upset at my parents for not getting me braces and insisting that my teeth would fall out because of the bone level in my gums. Dr. Izzy informed me after my consultation that my teeth were not going to fall out, my bone level was fine and after telling him what my previous dentist had told me he was shocked at how hard he was trying to sell the braces. Dr. Izzy basically confronted my fear of losing all my teeth just for not having braces, he in fact said my teeth were not going to fall out and could I use braces? Sure but it was not a necessity it was more for the cosmetic purpose and he did not want to discuss that this visit but wait until I had seem him a few more times and was more comfortable. The entire staff is friendly, I had tried making an appointment before trying Floss & Co, and the receptionist of the other place I called was rude and basically interrogated me about who told me to call, so I was very nervous when calling the office. Any anxiety I had is completely gone, my entire experience was pleasant (and I required two fillings at that time). Needless to say when anyone I know needs to go to the dentist I recommend Dr. Izzy, and I actually don't mind the idea of going to the dentist! Great place, great staff, they really care about their patients!
