First time visit, everyone was nice, they greeted and acknowledged you. Visit was straight forward since it's my 6 month visit. Cleaning was very thorough which I super appreciate! One thing if I would suggest is after they run the insurance, if they see that you have met your max out-of-pocket, is it would be nice to be informed before while im in the waiting room or while im sitting waiting for the cleaning, so it's not an unexpected charge at the end of the visit. This was my routine 6 month visit so I didn't know if I will be charged because I thought all preventative is covered at 100%. I am happy to come back every 6 months for my regular check ups and any problems. Lastly, I saw at the door that they take dental emergencies which is a great bonus!

I had a really good experience at City Edge Dental. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly. The office was clean and modern, and I felt comfortable during my visit.

The staff was SO sweet and really helped calm me. They were very thorough in their explanations and never made me feel uncomfortable. I had a great experience!

This is one of the best dental practices I have visited in a long time. Explained everything thoroughly, hygienist was amazing and all my issues were explained in full detail. I have my next appts already scheduled and I look forward to have them as my permanent dentist.

The City Edge Dental staff were super attentive and kind, and everyone that worked on me—from dental assistant to dental hygienist to the doctor to the billing specialist—made sure I understood what was going on while accommodating my comfort level. Rama did an amazing job both cleaning my teeth and doing the first part of my gum therapy treatment today, making sure I was aware of my oral health and was in no pain. I definitely recommend going here for your cleaning and any other dental concerns as I’m sure they’ll provide the same excellent service!

From the time I went to when I was finished, was a great experience. Haven’t been to the dentist in a long time so was nervous. Dr. Irene was real kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend if your in the Skokie/Lincolnwood area.
