Ankita Shah

I am Dr. Shah and I am the principle dentist at Dental Smiles of West Loop. I hope to welcome you to our practice, however, please allow me to introduce myself. I live in the vibrant city of Chicago with my husband and two kids. Since I graduated from Dental school I always envisioned starting up my own practice. In 2007 I was able to do this in the heart of Chicago when we opened Dental Smiles of West Loop. I truly believe our practice embodies the advancements dentistry has been able to make in the last couple of years. I graduated from the prestigious University of Pittsburg School of Dental Medicine and have since worked in New York City and Chicago. Finishing dental school didn't mean I stopped learning. I really try to stay in touch with the latest developments in techniques and technology so I can serve our patients better. I have participated in numerous continuous education courses in orthodontics, endodontics and other specialties. When I am not at work, I enjoy yoga, walking by North Ave. Beach, architecture, traveling and food.
