Had a good routine first exam with 9th Ave Dental.

Dr Liu was kind and patient. He was willing to answer the many questions I had and offer different options for me to think about for my dental health. He did not try to push or pressure me, which I appreciated.

Dr. Brennen and his team were very professional and kind. They did a thorough job of checking and explaining the need for dental care for my condition. There were in no rush to do all the needful just because I had insurance, and it did not feel like a sales pitch at any point. They were very genuine, gave me perfect guidance and did an excellent job with my filling and wellbeing.

Dr. Wray and his assistant, Taryn, were INCREDIBLE. I have extreme anxiety around the dentist, and in the past, have been shamed and judged by every single dental clinic I've ever been to about my oral health (I am neurodivergent and struggle a lot with my oral hygiene). Not only did Dr. Wray and Taryn make me feel safe and comfortable, but not one single time was I made to feel bad about anything, and I was also not misgendered or deadnamed at all !

Dr Liu was courteous and warm in his approach and addressed all my concerns while explaining to me in a way that I understand.

Dr Headley was able to fit me in as a first patient visit being an abcess with no delay. My next visit with him is already booked and I still haven’t gotten a call back from what might now be, my old dentist office. It’s nice to receive care in dental-care.

Great experience at 9th Avenue Dental. While it was a little tricky to find (3rd floor), the cleaning experience was great. Caitlin was very professional and gentle with her cleaning. I will definitely return.
