The staff were very helpful and patient. I had a little delay with pre-approval from my insurance and they waited patiently and assisted me in resolving the issue.

I have completed 2 appointments via Opencare. One with Dr. picolle and another with Dr. Damji. Overall I had great experience with booking and overall treatment. The doctors are very professional. Staff members takes care of you very well. Open are helped me book the slot as per my choice and availability. Overall good experience.

I did not appreciate the condescending and total passive aggressive nature when trying to address a very real concern on the predatory and discriminatory business practices of holding patients to no show fees! I bring this up at every doctors appointment, dentist, eye doctor etc. Out of the 7 I have seen in the last 10 years this was the only office that wouldn’t accept me not signing the form. When asked if I was being refused care they told me to find another dentist where my values “better align”. ALL OF THE dentists are like this with those forms. I don’t legally have to sign anything I’m not comfortable with especially forms that can be held against you for fee retention at any point!
