Staff is friendly making the experience enjoyable.

It is rare to find a clinic where everyone, from the receptionists and dental assistants to the hygienists and dentists, is so kind and attentive. They all took the time to listen to my concerns, and I never felt rushed. I truly felt like a valued client. Hermie was an absolute gem to talk to, and Ryan is a great conversationalist. Both made me feel surprisingly comfortable at the dentist. The receptionists were lovely and patient, helping me sort out my insurance as a new client. Although my appointment was delayed, I was compensated with a gift card, which I appreciated, even though the excellent service already made up for it. I was, however, surprised by the ongoing renovations, which I wasn't expecting when I walked in but this was very minor. Thanks, Pathways team!

Abby the hygienist was beyond amazing. I haven’t been in about six years and I had a lot of anxiety. She really helped to ease all of my worries and I felt like it was a judgement free zone.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Lei and the dental hygienist, and I was impressed! The dental hygienist was exceptional—gentle, thorough, and very detail-oriented. They took the time to explain every step of the cleaning process and gave me great tips for improving my oral health. My meeting with Dr. Lei was brief and he was on point, this was the best dental experience I've ever had. Highly recommend this amazing team at Pathways, Calgary..

Very thorough cleaning. It's been a few years since I've visited the dentist so it was quite the extensive job that needed to be done. Staff is very friendly even as they're going through renovations right now (which did not affect the visit whatsoever). Would recommend.

It was my first time at Pathway dental clinic and it was a very good experience, my dental hygienist Elizabeth explained my oral hygiene very clearly and all of the things that we should do to have a better oral hygiene. The receptionist are courteous and and approachable. All in all my experience is very good and I will definitely recommend Pathway dental clinic to my family and friends.
