Satisfactory experience

I’ve been on the lookout for a new dentist and dental clinic after some bad experiences at other clinics, and I decided to try out North Pointe for several factors: - close proximity to my home - high ratings - experienced dentists and dental hygienists The clinic was very communicative before my appointment and informative. I asked for an estimate beforehand, and the estimate ended up exactly correct. I would say that everyone at the clinic (receptionists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, dentists) during my visit and experience are incredibly competent and knowledgable at their job, and very friendly. I appreciate Dr. Brian Shim’s patience with me as well as I asked him many questions, and he was as willing to answer each and every one. I see why North Pointe has such high reviews and agree with them, I look forward to having North Pointe be my dental clinic from now on! :)

The hygienist was quite attentive and personable she made me feel comfortable. My dentist was professional and did a thorough check up inquiring if I experienced any tooth pain or discomfort.

I had a positive experience with NorthPointe Dental Clinic on my first visit. Friendly and professional staff. Process was hassle free and Dr. Brian gave thorough explanation of my dental issues.

The staff here were so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable at every step of the cleaning and x-rays, and were able to answer any questions I had. Absolutely fantastic experience, and I will be making this my permanent dental clinic moving forward.
