The only thing which I wish the staff could have done better was would be to proactively educate me that the services I was requesting were not covered through my insurance and I found this out only after reaching there. They were professional and friendly to deal with so not taking that away from them but the proactive communication could have saved me from coming there. I am sure if I went forward with the treatment it would have gone well too as the facility was nicely organized and aesthetic.

The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and well maintained. The hygienist and dentist are knowledgeable and created a plan that fits my needs and dental priorities. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends. The costing and insurance work up was well managed and communicated upfront.

I just recently got the opportunity to join as a new patient at the Jacksonport dental clinic. I must say I am super impressed! I love the staff they are super friendly! I had a pleasant experience for my cleaning and a really thorough check up with the doctor! She gave me excellent recommendations on how I can get some help as I think I had started grinding my teeth at night.

I had a great experience at Jacksonport Dental! From start to finish, everything was smooth and comfortable. The dental assistant who took my X-rays was very accommodating and made sure I felt at ease. super friendly and took the time to clearly explain everything about my dental exam, which I really appreciated. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, making the cleaning process easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a very positive visit.
