Greystone made my first visit to a dental clinic really comfortable in Calgary. They were friendly and caring. And very knowledgeable. Trudy in the front desk helped me with my billing and appointments and was overall a wonderful person to chat.

Overall appointment was good, i found the cleaning to be a bit painful and rough, but once that was over the xray tech and the Dr were very professional and friendly!

After going in for a new patient exam and cleaning, I was happy with the professionalisim and the care I received. All the staff were welcoming and explained everything. I had my cleaning done in two appointments, on both days the hygienists took their time and made the process smooth.

I would like to commend the reception staff who’s very friendly and accommodating especially we brought a very playful toddler who keeps wrestling down their snowman decoration at the clinic. I thought it would be a very nice experience for us since it has really good review but unfortunately it didn’t work out for me. I felt that they were trying to take more money from us and the cleaning procedure that they have done was painful even though I am already raising my hand because it was painful the hygienist ignored it and still continues doing the procedure.

Greystone Dental is an excellent clinic. I’m so impressed with the entire experience. Trudy, the receptionist is pleasant and professional. Christine, the assistant is friendly and knowledgeable. Natasha, the hygienist is also very friendly and skilled. Dr. Olawala gave a detailed examination and was very pleasant. Very happy with my choice of dental practice.
