I usually approach dentist appointments with a lot of anxiety, but my recent visit to Pathway Clinic changed my perspective. Despite my fears, especially of needles, the team there made me feel at ease. They took the time to explain all procedures and options clearly, which greatly alleviated my concerns. Even the freezing, which I dreaded, turned out to be a smooth experience with just one minor poke that was well-managed. Overall, my experience at Pathway Clinic was surprisingly good, and I left feeling much better about dental care. Highly recommend to anyone with dental concerns!

The professionalism and care with which I was attended to was exceptional. The examination was really thorough and conducted with my well-being in mind. The practice itself is well maintained, serene and relaxing. However, the price quote I received for a root canal retreatment was pretty high but I will be going back for my filling.

My first visit at the office was impressive! The front desk administrators were welcoming, accommodating and very friendly. The waiting room was equipped with water and had a coffee station, perfect for the cold weather. The waiting area also has a separate kids play area, which came clutch for my 2 kids. The hygienist Ryan, was amazing! My mouth feels and looks so clean after my visit. My 3 year old daughter had an exam with Dr. Bouma and she did sooo well, which means Dr. Bouma definitely has a way with kids. I’m already booked to come back in July! I’d highly recommend visiting this office, you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Kim and his office were great from the moment I walked into the door. The staff at the office were all very professional and kind, and he was great an explaining the findings of the X-rays as well as outlining a treatment plan. Ryan, my dental hygienist, was also super helpful in explaining what he was doing as well as how I could optimize my dental health
