I have been proudly serving Calgary for over 25 years with a combination of the latest technological advancements and years of experience in dental care. Since founding my clinic in 1992 and establishing the name Laser Assisted Dentistry in 2002, I've been combining a preventative approach to dentistry with the latest advancements in modern technology, to keep your beautiful smile and oral health my top priorities!

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

At my NW Calgary dental practice, Laser Assisted Dentistry, our team offers a holistic approach to your dental health, taking into consideration how your body's health is impacted by the way you care for your teeth and gums. We also hold the position that the best dentistry is no dentistry, so we aim to be as minimally invasive as possible when completing any treatment you require. This results in as much of your natural tooth material being retained as possible. With the use of laser technology and additive Bioclear techniques, we are able to uphold this level of care.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

My focus is on additive aesthetic dentistry using the Bioclear Method, used for filling small spaces called Black Triangles in patients' smiles, closing diastemas (gaps between teeth) and rebuilding fractured teeth.

What are you proud of in your practice?

We operate a dental practice that's patient centered, meaning all decisions that are made are done so with the patient's needs and personal considerations as the focus. All of the patients at our clinic, whether from NW Calgary or traveling from across the city, know that the care they receive at our clinic is done with their best interests in mind. As a patient, you'll discover that you are involved in the decision-making and we will provide explanation and education to help you stay informed. Besides our excellent patient base, the team at Laser Assisted Dentistry makes me exceptionally proud. We've created a very compassionate environment where all team members are proud to uphold a position of integrity, but we also know how to sprinkle fun into every day and have a good time while providing great care!

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

On a personal level, I find satisfaction when patients are able to relax in the dental chair during their treatment. I feel that we provide a very welcoming, comfortable environment where patients can let go of any anxieties easily. On a professional level, it's satisfying to create big changes while using minimally invasive techniques. I believe the best dentistry is no dentistry. On a specific level, I enjoy cases involving additive aesthetic dentistry, using Bioclear, rectifying "black triangle" issues within a patient's smile, closing diastemas and rebuilding fractured teeth to restore a patient's smile.
