Dr. Samantha Kowalko

Dr. Sami Kowalko grew up in Saskatchewan and graduated from dental school at the University of Saskatchewan in 2018. She worked in her hometown of Regina for two years before making the move out to Calgary, where she have been practicing ever since. Outside of the office she enjoy exploring the outdoors and getting out to the mountains. Especially enjoys skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. Loves to travel and explore new places. She has her advanced scuba diving certification and love travelling anywhere I can explore underwater.

I am a patient-focused, compassionate dentist and enjoy providing high-quality care to my patients. I enjoy creating a positive dental experience and building relationships with everyone I treat.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

Restorative dentistry, pediatrics (children’s dentistry), and cosmetic dentistry

What are you proud of in your practice?

I take pride in the fact that patients leave their appointments feeling comfortable and confident in their dental care. I will always put my patients needs first and it brings me great satisfaction to know that they trust me with their dental health.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy all aspects of dentistry but particularly like to treat cosmetic cases. I enjoy seeing the visible impact that these cases can have on a patient’s smile and confidence.
