Dr. Sean Wong took the time to explain in simple terms about my dental health, which exceeded my expectations based on my previous dentist. I appreciated his time and he listened to my questions intently. Bow Trail Dental is a really nice facility as well.

I didn't meet Dr. Wong today, but Dr. Liu was great, and the dental assistant, Shatur (I think), was also fantastic. They explained the process really well, made me feel calm, and answered my questions in a way I could understand. Great experience overall.

Dr. Wong, along with the dental assistant and other employees, were very welcoming and nonjudgmental. I have lots of anxiety about the dentist and I left feeling optimistic and encouraged for my future oral health. They were very understanding of my hesitations and concerns and explained things in great detail.

Dr. Wong was professional, thourough, and considerate. This is my first time going to a new dentist in almost 20 years (my former dentist recently retired). His staff are pleasant, and helpful. His clinic is modern and inviting. I am pleased I've lucked into such a place. I'll be gladly going back for my regular appointments.

Best dentist and staff in the city! I am always happy with my services here - the desk staff are efficient and friendly (April is an insurance wizard!), and Dr. Wong is so great.
