I had a good overall experience at Orchard Family Dentistry. The office was clean, bright, and had plenty of natural light. The treatment areas are partially open rather than fully enclosed, which did not affect my care, but may be something some patients like to know ahead of time. My dental hygienist was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain what she was seeing and any areas she wanted the dentist to take a closer look at. I was booked for a separate follow-up exam, and the dentist was also kind, listened to my concerns, and explained the findings and next steps clearly. X-rays were completed during that visit, and I appreciated that nothing felt rushed. The office also handled the administrative side well. Estimates were submitted to my insurance so I could see what would and would not be covered before proceeding. Appointment reminders were sent by email, with follow-up phone calls when electronic confirmations were not received. Overall, it was a straightforward and positive experience. The office is comfortable, the equipment is modern, and I found both the hygienist and dentist professional, attentive, and easy to communicate with.

What a great experience I just had at Orchard! I am not a big fan of the dentist in general, but constantly felt comfortable. It was great to have an explanation on what was being done, but also areas that I had no idea what was being talked about. Made me a little more come to a me with the dentist in general as I am not a big fan!
