My dental procedure was difficult, but Dr. Gina and her team made it more bearable. Lori checked in to secure my follow-up appointment, is always pleasant and professional and if unable to answer my calls immediately, returns my messages in record time. Overall, an unpleasant situation was made easier by the caring and supportive attention of the dental professionals at Burlington Family Dental. She explained everything thoroughly, answered questions and was incredibly friendly. That goes the same for the others in the office as well. They also went out of their way to book me on short notice, which was very much appreciated! Dr. Hanna performed the full examination and a Dental Hygienist took X-rays, performed a basic inspection, and did the cleaning, polishing, and fluoride treatment.
