What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
We will see patients later than our posted hours by request in certain circumstances. We use Digital Radiography exclusively resulting in less radiation exposure time. We will communicate with patients by phone, email, and texting. Rarely is there a long wait for a first appointment. Generally you will be seen on time or at worst within 10 minutes of your appointed time. If we are running late we will notify you as soon as you arrive or if possible by phone or text before you arrive so you may reschedule if your schedule requires it. We are on call 24/7 and if away for more than a day or so we will be covered by one or two colleagues.
What are you and your team proud of at your practice?
The friendly informal atmosphere in our office. We are proud of the number of new patients that are referred to us by our current patients. I am also proud of the fact that in 2010 I became a Fellow of the American College of Dentists.
