Took a long time to process my insuranxe. The doctor was a bit rude

I was at my appointment at my time. However it took almost more than one hour for just clean up and x ray. I had to rush to pick up my kids from school. It was funny that I had to leave the room and come back in after my x-ray done to let another patient get the x-ray done. The TV didn't have Netflix or any other channel which I could change to. I use dentist appointment as my "me time" so that I can watch which I can't due to time issue or regular day to day busy life. I would appreciate if you can provide channel for patients to watch.

The care provided by the dentist is great. Very good treatment. The front end staff is not professional. Cancels appointment from opencare deliberately to avoid paying referrals through opencare.

Quite a pleasant experience. No wait times. Clean facility with ample parking. Procedure was pain free and quick. Friendly staff and modern equipment.
