Very nice and comforting. Worked quickly and didn’t come across as judgemental or anything but nice and helpful. Definitely feel safe for my next visits (emotionally and mentally as well as physically)

This has been the best experience going to the dentist! The staff from this office are amazing and friendly. Their service is efficient and very professional.

The staff that handle the appointments are extremely confused. On my first attempt at email booking through OpenCare, I received an appointment confirmation. Next I was told via email that Kennedy Dental did not have the spot. When I called to reschedule they told me that the spot was available after all. Next I had to reconfirm the earlier confirmation a day in advance - which I did via email and telephone. When I arrived for my appointment they began servicing my insurance plan (not really interested in the patient). The dentist was a no-show for my twice confirmed appointment. I suspect this is to avoid me from claiming my rebate reward from OpenCare - apprently (as per Kennedy Dental) you can only submit the rebate reward request for a dentist service and not a hygienist service. The hygienist complete cleaning of only half my teeth and left polishing for the next session. On the second twice confirmed session, this time the hygienist was a no-show. I am going to find another dental office that actually knows what they are doing and actually wants to offer dental service.
