Dr. Manny Mangat

Dr. Manpreet Mangat (aka Dr. Manny) graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy and obtained his degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery. Prior to this Dr. Manny completed a degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is very empathetic and highly passionate towards educating his patients regarding their oral health. He chose Dentistry as his career following his vision and desire to excel in health services. He closely follows and is eager to learn new concepts and technologies available in the field to constantly educate himself. He effectively communicates with his patients and listens to their concerns to present the best treatment possible. He has been complimented on striving to achieve perfection. One of his many hobbies includes interest in building new things and modifying electronics. Dr. Manny is married and has two boys named Angad and Himmat. He enjoys every bit of his time possible with his sons exploring, playing and teaching. He enjoys nature walks with his wife and is extremely happy to have an encouraging and a supportive life partner. What are you proud of in your practice?

I have always been complimented by my patients on my ability to listen and connect with them. My work in the past and referrals that I receive from my current patients gives me a real reason to be proud of as it speaks for the quality regarding my work and trust my patients have in me. I keep up with the most up to date technologies for the comfort of my patients. keeping our patients entertained by offering them video games, Netflix & refreshments are little things I do to make sure their visit is relaxing. Above all I am proud of my team that I work with, they are the most amazing people who make our patients feel at ease and give our patients the best experience from the moment they walk into our dental office in Brampton.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I love doing surgical as well as cosmetic cases. I have always been fond of surgery and take many courses in the field. Cosmetic dentistry is another field that excites me as it gives me a chance to create a beautiful smile and see that beautiful persons reaction when they look in the mirror. It gives me great fulfillment to know that my patient is happy.
