Dr. Salvaggio grew up in North Toronto, attending York University to study Biology as an undergraduate. He went on to graduate from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry, in 1998. Dr. Salvaggio was awarded a prestigious 1 year residency program at Sunnybrook hospital where he advanced his surgical and much of his diagnostic skills since then. He has practiced dentistry over 17 years and has served the Brampton community for over 10 years. Dr. Salvaggio enjoys all aspects of dentistry on patients of all ages. Dr. Salvaggio focuses much of his dental education on implant dentistry and cosmetics. He often travels across the country to Seattle where he attends the highly esteemed Kois Dental Education Centre. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Salvaggio enjoys spending time with his family. He also loves to travel and play tennis all year round. Creating a comfortable, caring and friendly environment is important to Dr. Salvaggio. He strives to establish a trusting and long lasting relationship with his patients through excellence and the highest level of service.
Dr. Salvaggio is extremely professional and gentle with his work. I got 2 wisdom teeth taken out and he did the operation very efficiently. He also gave me a call later on to make sure I was okay. I'm glad I found this place. I had a filling fall out and my regular office wasn't open that day but these guys were able to see me. I think I'm going to start coming here from now on.

Wow I have never been to a dentist office as clean as this one. I am pretty selective with where I go but no issues with this place. The hygienist I had was very friendly and gentle, glad I found somewhere close to home.

Very knowledgeable dentist, I came here for a second opinion and after his explanation I switched to this office to get my work done. Highly recommend this office if you are in the Brampton area.

I came to this office and had some dental work done ( a crown) because my insurance does not pay dental offices I had to pay upfront and then collect from my insurance . My insurance sent me a letter as they required more info before they would pay me I called the office and spoke to a lady that assured me she would look after it . I have received two more letters as she still hasn't looked after it . After numerous calls to get the form filled out and in person visits it's still not resolved I still haven't been reimbursed due to this lady's incompetence . I find this office only cares about the money the after treatment customer service leaves a lot to be desired Next time if there is a next time I will wait till my insurance pays me before I pay them

I drive by here all the time and decided to give it a try. Haven't been to a dental office like this before, they showed me around the place and it is very nice. The dentist was funny and my hygienist was great, they made me feel comfortable even though I don't usually like going to the dentist. Glad I tried this place.

As a new client to this office I was impressed with the decor, dentist was very thorough but staff didn't seem to like each other , the receptionist was alone dealing with two people and the phone all at the same time which I should say she did very professionally while another staff member that looked like an office manager just walked around the front desk and didn't help, resulting in my having to wait to be checked out I was not impressed, not sure I will return

It has been a very long time since seeing a dentist due to fear. This Clinic was absolutely AWSOME!! They made my niece and I feel so comfortable. The staff is kind, friendly and understanding. I will now be able to visit the dentist regularly Dr. Salvaggio of course! Other Dentists could learn something from this clinic especially about how to treat there patient's. They were wonderful!!!! I could go on and on! Please people go visit this clinic! !!!

Came here after one of my co-workers suggested I try this place because they are good with kids. My daughter always cries every time we take her to the dentist but not any more. The dentist we saw was great and they got everything done in one appointment!

Just visited this dentist today and what a wonderful experience it was. Parking was easy and since it was my first visit they showed me around the office and introduced me to all the staff. They even have drinks while you wait and a menu, I got the 3d glasses it was awesome. I'm surprised at the negative comments, I had a great visit!

Stay away from this dental clinic. They consistently over-billed and even charged for work that wasn't done. It took weeks and time off work to try and resolve to no avail. The staff (Anna) were rude and argumentative. It's places like this padding bills and fraudulently claiming insurance companies that hurt us all. Complaints have been sent to SunLife, Canadian Dental Association, and Better Business Bureau. Shame on you Dr. Salvaggio.... getting rich off the backs of your patients insurance plans.

I went in for a free consultation to see whether or not Salvaggio Dentistry would be a good fit for me. When I walked in, I noticed a clean space, dressed up with a fancy seating area equipped with a coffee/cappuccino maker and flat screen TV. The front desk staff were nice enough with their fancy headsets and black professional attire (Image marketing again). They gave me a tour, which is helpful. They had me start to fill out personal paperwork BEFORE seeing a Doctor (not impressed). I was given a complimentary giftbag (pens and nailclipper set - WHY?). More Marketing. Took 2 free x-rays. Dr Salvaggio himself wasn't in, so another younger Dr. saw me. He spent less time looking in my mouth than on his cell. He didnt show me the xrays. Told me $220/hr is the rate for ANY dentist you go to - which is NOT true! Overall, it was all just a marketing, cash-grab scheme. That Dr. Elmasri (?) wasn't helpful answering my questions. Upon leaving, reception tried booking me in. I said No Thanks.

I have been going to Dr. Salvaggio for the past 3 years. His office has consistently provided caring and high quality care. Each time I return there is an improvement in the service and technology. It's just keeps getting better and better. His staff are kind, helpful and patient which is what we all need in a dental environment. The added touches like the comfort menu make me feel so relaxed and calm at my visits. hello all, i wanted to post this to let you know of my experience at this office. i have been going there for a while now and have found that yes from time to time they might run 5-10 min late however i don't mind that as all Doctors offices i find myself waiting longer then that. I must say they make me feel at home. i walk in there nervous and by the time i walk out i tell myself why was i ever nervous to begin with. the hygienists are very gentle and with me thats a big deal. my kids love the Doctors, they tell jokes and make them as comfortable as can be at a dental office. I feel i ask toooo many questions but the front desk always answers my questions and reassures me that all questions are encouraged. to sum it up WONDERFUL OFFICE!!

The Dr. Is a god. I have loved going to him since he started his practise. He is of the highest calibre in every manner, and has a fantastic sense of humour which makes dental visits a highlight of my schedule!!! The staff is fantastic as well, all around a fantastic operation!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience here. My fear has kept me away from the dentist for 12 years. I found the staff very welcoming and they were able to answer all my questions knowledgeably and put me at ease. The office is very clean and modern. Overall I am very happy with all the work I have had done. I recommend this office to anyone who has a fear of dental treatment.

I was hesitant to change dental offices but after many frustrations with my previous dentist and incompetent work I finally got the push I needed to give Salvaggio Dentistry a try. Not only did he fix the work my last dentist did, I could tell a huge improvement in the quality of work. The best dentist in GTA -have been going to Dr J for 10 years. We drive from Toronto just to get exceptional service and leading edge knowledge. My 2 young kids are now going to Dr J as well - I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I really don't like giving perfect reviews....they seem unrealistic and inflated. But I've been going to Dr. Salvaggio for 7 years now, and each appointment almost seems better than the last. It's always a positive environment whenever I walk into the office. The hygienists are very professional and friendly. Dr. Salvaggio is quite funny and is amazing with children.I can't remember the last time I actually felt a needle, or any pain for that matter in the dentist's chair. It's clear that Dr. Salvaggio is a perfectionist, as he studies and gives me the low down on every one of my teeth. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment....if anything they're waiting for me. Typically, I can be a bit of a tough critic when it comes to doctors and doctor office experiences....but I really can't say anything negative about this dentist office, other than my teeth are very happy I made the switch over 7 years ago.
