I visited Good Tooth Dental Bellevue for a general checkup and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the doctor was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. The clinic is clean, efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Good experience overall, but the dentist did not listen when I asked to have numbing cream for the clean as my teeth are extremely sensitive and the procedure was very painful.

They found out small cavities and took care of them with utmost care.

Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful in my first visit. Dr. Shireman was thorough, quick, and very kind. I came in early and was seen even earlier than my time slot. I have follow up appointments scheduled as they set up a dental plan for me.

It was amazing to get a professional checkup at The good tooth dental. They gave me a through analysis on what’s going wrong, and also how can I make it better. I again have another appointment in a week for the follow up.

I had a great experience at Good Tooth Dental in Bellevue! The person who cleaned my teeth was very friendly and made me feel super comfortable throughout the visit. The whole staff was professional and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

Overall it is good but took 5-10 min for documentation it self for 1st time patient and since I don’t want to pay out of pocket they denied to continue with normal cleaning and deep cleaning is not supported by insurance delta dental

great doctor but older equipment

I was very disappointed with my experience. My appointment had to be rescheduled because the hygienist wasn’t available on the original date, even though I had specifically mentioned I was coming in for a cleaning. That should have made it clear that I expected to see a hygienist. Being told only after my x-rays that a hygienist wasn’t available and that I would need to reschedule was really surprising. This is something I’ve never encountered at any other dental office — I should have been informed before my first visit that no hygienist would be available. When I returned for the rescheduled visit, the first half of the session was handled by the dentist, who did some of the cleaning. It was extremely painful, and honestly, I go to the hygienist because they specialize in this and do it routinely, whereas dentists typically don’t. For routine cleanings, the hygienist is clearly the better option. Overall, it was a frustrating experience marked by poor communication, unnecessary pain, and a very unusual process.
