Dr. Brian David Kalliecharan

I visited this place recently for the first time. Dr. Brian is all about the $$$. I've never had such an unprofessionl and bad experience and I've visited a lot of dentist as I've moved a lot. He offered to put work to be done for purely cosmetics under my dental plan. This is fraudulent. I know, I'm in the industry. The whole experience was cheesy and sales-y including the "consultation room" that's located on site to have someone sell you more services. Ridiculous. I would highly recommend staying away from this place unless you want to lose your shirt. In my whole time there, Dr. Brian did not at one time speak to the health of my teeth just the "look" of them. I wonder if he's truly qualified to speak to the health. STAY AWAY!

I found Dr. Brian to be very helpful. Great relationship between him and his staff. Everything was explained to me, asked different staff members all had same advice on what options there were. Arrived early for my appointment and was seen on time if not early. I have reccomended friends and family to see Dr.Brian- all have had same results... great staff, great workmanship! yes the needles arent nice but are they ever???? Office staff and quality of work have taken my 'fear' away. My kids love going to see them, they always have great toothbrushes for them and a fully stocked 'treasure chest' THANK YOU DR. BRIAN AND STAFF

All they care about is the money, the constant upsell phone calls are annoying, they made my poor 3 year old sit in a chair for an hour while they put "necessary" sealant on her teeth, only for me to find out the sealant was very unnecessary because her teeth aren't perm. teeth. My benifits aren't covering it and now im out the money because all they cared about was the cash through the door and i listed to the "supposed to be professional" im so disappointed and we wont be back... that place makes me sick

My experiences at this office were definately disappointing.My poor daughter went through an awful time.Dr Brian doesn't speak to patients,all communication is through the hygenists,I find this uncomfortable,like we're not good enough to be addressed by the dentist esp when he's then chatting up the staff in the 'board room' waiting for the next patient to be ready for him.He can't deal with appointments/patients that are not 'textbook'procedures.I am currently looking for another dentist for our family's dental care.

HIs staff is very unprofessional. I can't stand all the talking and giggling between them while my mouth is being worked on. I don't care what they did on the weekend, who had a baby, or who is dating who. AUGH! I can't even tell them to shut up because my mouth is busy being held wide open. Dr. Brian hit a nerve while freezing my gums, holy moly that hurt. His staff is all nice and cheery at first, when the issues are minimal, but any concerns are brushed off. My daughter and I were patients of "Dr. Brians" for a # of years. Appointments were constantly changed by their office. My daughter had a "routine filling" done in Jan. 07. She complained about the pain for a # of months. As this was not the first problem we had had with Dr. Brian - I opted to search out the services of another Dentist. Imagine our shock and horror to learn that in order to save the tooth a root canal would have to be performed. Many of the comments made by former patients were the same experiences we had. Namely: Dr. Brian "flits" from office to office and doesn't deal with paitent's main concerns, the unprofessional "laughing and giggling from staff" comment was accurate and the smiling, pleasant atmosphere upon first initial visit to the office was accurate. I strongly urge potential patients to review the ratings for Dr. Brian.

This dental office is all smiles & happiness when you're a new patient & while they're taking money. When there's a problem, look out. They will all run & hide, making you feel like you're the one with a problem. Workmanship is inferior & sloppy. "Dr. Brian", as he likes to be know, doesn't seem to care that you might have concerns over this. He is quite condescending & flitters between patient rooms during treatment while his assistants do the main work. While in the chair there is far too much giggling & chatting going on between staff. Professionalism suffers as a result. When workmanship is questionable he doesn't seem to give a damn either or feel the need to rectify the work. I would caution you to invest your hard earned cash here, even if you have insurance, - it certainly won't go to staff training even though it should!

Not only is the staff at adentaloffice.com extremenly helpful and knowledgeable, "Dr. Brian" is great! I like being able to use the internet kiosks provided in the waiting room. (Although to my dismay I have never had to wait for more than 2 minutes). The staff is SOOO friendly and make going to the dentist fun! They have the newest technology to detect cavities at an early stage. I have nothing but good experiences with this dentist and his office!

Hit nerve during anesthetic, poor preparation of crown, crown not fitting properly, shallow, porcelain needed grinding down to black part, crown fell off in 15 months time. Dentist sent letter to find another dentist after several visits - too many questions re procedure and symptoms I guess.

Dr. Kalliecharan was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. He is very kind and courteous to me, his staff is excellent. One of the only dentists to make me feel at ease. A++ Office.

Hit a nerve during anesthesia. Music blaring, very noisy and unprofessional at that appointment. Seemed unconcerned regarding possible complications. Uncommumicative regarding problems, not forthcoming with explanations for problems, seemed to fear questions, refused further treatment, refused any refund for poor workmanship which needed to be redone, minimal preparation done for crowns, crowns not properly fitted for bite resulting in bare spots, left with constant bleeding between crowns, crowns will have to be replaced. Just an overall bad dental experience. Would never recommend him or his office.
