Dr. Noor Makda completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2016. She then went on to receive her Masters in Medical Science from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 2018. Dr. Makda graduated from The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2022, she took part in many leadership and volunteer organizations during her dental education. She is now an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Capital Area Dental Society. Dr. Makda is excited to start her career in the wonderful city of Austin and happy to be back in Texas. She hopes to continue learning and building her skills as a general and cosmetic dentist with the help and mentorship of Dr. Shahi. Dr. Makda has settled in East Austin with her husband and two cats, Nebula and Dante, whom she constantly obsesses over. In her free time she enjoys trying new cuisines, playing pickleball, and spending time outdoors.
