I went to this location because I it was selected as a highly rated office. Plus I used “open care” and their office was in network with my insurance. It was further than I would have chose on my own but the experience was well worth. Probably the best dentist experience I have ever had. Dr. Gillette was awesome as was the rest of the staff. I was only going to get my cleaning, but after my visit today they have gained a new patient.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, this visit was not as horrible as many of my past visits, even though I had avoided a visit for several years. Dr. Gillette was very understanding, non-judgemental and helpful in going over options with me. I was invited in for my appointment right on time and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly.

All there were exceptional and skilled in every way. Also, they were kind and helpful with every process. I liked their practice better than any other I have experienced, and being 81 years old with a history of many dental concerns, says a lot about them.

Ward Dental was fantastic and now I have much higher expectations for dentists in general. Everyone was super friendly and they really made me feel informed about my dental health. They talked to me about exactly they were noticing about my teeth and took the time to walk me through my X-rays, basically giving me an anatomy lesson along the way. They're conscientious and demonstrate expertise. I'm thankful that I can return in 6 months!

Abby is terrified of dentists after a negative experience as a kid but Dr. Gillette set her at ease with his approach. She commented that she thinks he's what all dentist need to strive for. He spoke to her and heard her concerns and she is looking forward to going back next week.
