I had such a good experience at West ajax dental. The staff were attentive and great. I want to give a special shout out to the hygienist. She did such an amazing job. My teeth have never felt so clean. She also was constantly keeping me updated on what she was doing. She provided great education for my oral hygiene journey. She was so professional.

The dental appointment was okay — nothing exceptional. The staff was polite, and the work got done, but the overall experience felt a bit rushed and impersonal. Not bad, but not particularly great either.

I had a very pleasant experience at West Ajax Dental. The lady at the reception was very courteous and answered all my questions and concerns around the appointment and insurance very nicely. The dental assistant Radha was very careful and attentive while taking the Xray. Dr Romik was very attentive and did a good job. He explained me everything in detail - took his time and answered all my questions. Excellent work done by the hygienist Ashley. First time that I did not feel any pain while getting my teeth cleaned. She took extra care and ensured I was comfortable. I was very pleased after my appointment and will recommend this clinic.
