Our Rewards team will review your claim and eligibility within 3-4 business days.
Once it's validated, we will send you the redemption link to your registered email address, so you can redeem your reward.
However, if you've submitted the claim and have not heard back after 4 business days, please email us at support@opencare.com with a brief description of the inquiry or just hit the 'Submit a Request' button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen-- either way, you'd still be able to reach us!

After submitting your Offer Claim, you can monitor its progress by selecting the Offer Status tab within your Opencare account.
Important: Dental clinics are not privy to details regarding Opencare rewards. The reward is from Opencare and not from the dental practices.

Only completed appointments that include a combination of a new patient exam and another dental service (like a cleaning) qualify for Opencare rewards.
